In partnership with Web Courseworks, the Alliance is pleased to announce learning as a service for Alliance Members.

What is learning as a service?
Learning as a service is ideal for small to medium organizations that are seeking to develop employees more efficiently and conveniently. It provides all the functionality of a learning management system to your organization – like recording and reporting on completion of required trainings - and reduces the implementation and management costs that typically come with a learning management system.

What do I win?
Two grand-prize winners will receive free access and support to a private, branded learning-as-a-service portal for their organization’s use for a year, valued at $25,000. Each winner will receive up to 20 hours of managed services from Web Courseworks, three hours of training, webinar tool integration*, and discounted content development pricing. The Alliance will provide three hours of learning consultation to the winning organization's to help them get started with online learning. The organization's staff will have access for a year after they implement the system.

In addition, five winners will receive access and support to a private, branded learning as a service portal at 50% off the price.

How do I enter to win?
Entering to win is simple! Fill out the online entry form. During the follow up process, the Alliance will help you determine your readiness and then winners will be selected and notified. The deadline to enter is Tuesday, March 31, 2020.

What happens if my organization wins?
The Alliance will contact you to notify you of your status. Then, in collaboration with Web Courseworks and your organization, an implementation timeline will be set up that includes your training and consultation appointments. Learning as a service is designed to be easy and quick to implement, so your resources are used efficiently. During your experience, we will ask for your feedback on the experience so we can improve.

Questions about the process may be directed to the Alliance Organizational Learning.
