Alliance Members and Their Staff are Eligible for Free Training

The National Training Initiative of the Center for Adoption Support and Education in partnership with the Alliance is pleased to provide training for all child welfare professionals on the mental health competencies needed, especially as states implement the Families First Act.

NTI enables child welfare agencies to engage effectively with children, youth, and families who’ve experienced trauma, loss, and grief. This 8-modular, web-based training focuses on case work practices and professional skills for staff across the child welfare continuum to promote child well-being, permanency, and family stability for children living with foster, adoptive, or guardianship families.  Totals 20 CEUs.

Members can access the NTI Curriculum on the Alliance Learning Community.
