Conference Demographics

The Senior Leadership Conference draws leaders of community-based human services organizations, as well as philanthropic and corporate professionals in the social sector from across the country. Recent Senior Leadership Conferences have welcomed approximately 250 attendees from 38 states and provinces, with first-time attendees being approximately 40 percent of the whole.

Attendee Roles: Past events were comprised of 25 percent chief executives; 40 percent executives; 25 percent directors; and 10 percent managers, board directors, and other experts and leaders. These leaders primarily serve in human resources, finance, strategy, operations, and programmatic roles.

The call for workshop proposals goes out approximately a year prior to the conference. Contact the Alliance Development Department to be notified when the call for presentations is available or with questions.

The deadline for all 2020 Senior Leadership Conference sponsorship materials, early bird registration rates, and the special Alliance hotel room rate is Jan. 24,2020. Sponsors can register at member rates.
