Purpose

The Application Support Analyst will respond to customer support requests, consult with customers to improve our business systems by increasing functionality and usability, and build customer knowledge around the tools we use to support our network. 

Responsibilities

  • Administer learning and customer management applications
  • Collaborate with customers to build useful reports and dashboards
  • Walk customers through problem solving processes
  • Analyze existing workflows and recommend improvements
  • Train customers on business systems

Desired Education and Experience

High School diploma required. Associates or Bachelor’s degree in information systems, application support, databases or other applicable fields preferred. 1-3 years of experience in a technical support or information systems position required.
