The Employee Relations Manager’s primary responsibility is to partner with program leaders across the organization to maintain a fair, equitable and consistent approach in interpreting and applying Pressley Ridge’s policies, procedures and practices, while providing support for the corrective action/discipline and performance improvement process. The Employee Relations Manager collaborates with HR Generalists and ensures compliance with PR policies and procedures. Must have the flexibility to travel to all PR locations with short notice.
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or equivalent degree required; Master’s or other advanced degree preferred.
