Alliance Workshops
The Alliance for Children and Families’ offers a variety of one- and two-day workshops throughout the country.
Many workshops are sponsored by the Alliance Executive Consultant Select Group (ECSG) and hosted at Alliance member member organizations across the country. Featuring the expertise of the more than 24 ECSG consultants, these On the Road Workshops are an opportunity to gain understanding and knowledge on timely topics, including leadership development, financial matters, and human resources.
Alliance members are offered a discounted registration fee as a benefit of membership.

Workshop host and Alliance member Holy Family Institute in Pittsburgh also will discuss the processes it uses to engage its leaders in deploying strategy.
