Find out how your compensation stacks up against other human services organizations by taking part in the Alliance for Strong Families and Communities’ recently released survey on executive, director, and management positions. The forthcoming report will detail employee salaries by organization budget size, staff size, and turnover.
The survey link was sent directly via email to chief executives, human resources staff, and individuals who completed the survey last year. If you would like to participate, contact the Alliance’s Evaluation and Research Services Department with the preferred contact’s name, title, and email address.
The deadline to complete the survey is March 23.
All Alliance members that take part in the survey will receive a free copy of the forthcoming report and nonmembers that participate may purchase the report at the member rate.
Past reports, including the 2017 U.S. Human Services Workforce Trends and Compensation Study, are available for purchase. The 2017 study was significantly expanded to explore the trends, opportunities, challenges, and lessons learned in strengthening the nonprofit workforce.
