The Alliance Executive Leadership Conference features an open and supportive atmosphere among an intentionally small group of 50 chief executives from peer social sector organizations. Access to top-notch facilitators and thought leaders creates an environment for learning that transcends day-to-day operations and becomes an inflection point for vision and strategy. The conference offers a refuge for reinvention and the enduring camaraderie of peers who become your personal, ongoing network for ideas and solutions.

The 2018 Alliance Executive Leadership Conference experience will focus on the importance of neighborhood and community in achieving the positive impact we seek to achieve. Regardless of mission or program, the context in which people live their lives is a critical factor in making progress toward the long-term outcomes outlined by the network in the Alliance's theory of change. During the conference, executives will explore the importance of place and community in developing strategies that move the needle.
