The Senior Leadership Conference draws executives, directors, and managers of nonprofit human services organizations, as well as philanthropic and corporate professionals in the social sector from across the nation.Recent Senior Leadership Conferences have welcomed approximately 250 attendees from 33 states, withfirst-time attendees being approximately 40 percent of the whole.
Attendee Roles: 30 percent chief executives, 25 percent executives, 25 percent directors, 10 percent managers,plus board directors, program staff, and other experts and leaders.

Based on feedback from both vendors and conference participants, and in keeping with national trends, the Alliance presents exhibit hall alternatives that offer more relaxed, interactive settings for building deeper engagement and better relationships.
The traditional exhibit hall gets a makeover with a speed networking format. This 90-minute workshop session consists of multiple short rounds to pitch your innovative solutions to small groups of attendees and answer questions.
Table Top Exhibit
Connect with participants with a six-foot table-top exhibit in the high-traffic registration and break area. Staff your table during breaks and lunches on the first two days. Space is limited; large displays not permitted.
Hold your own custom focus group or small-group discussion during the conference. The Alliance will partner with you to identify and invite participants and provide meeting space with basic refreshments. Upgraded refreshments available at an additional cost.
