Mike Barylski is product and project manager for the Alliance for Children and Families. In this capacity, his primary responsibilities are to manage the customer relationship management database systems used by the Alliance, United Neighborhood Centers of America, and the American Association of Children’s Residential Centers. His other responsibilities include training staff, streamlining business processes with the database, and acting as project manager for other information system projects.
Barylski joined the Alliance in 2004 as member services coordinator, working closely with the membership department in its recruitment and retention efforts by focusing on data and knowledge management.
He graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems and Technology.
Barylski served as sergeant in the United States Marine Corps for eight years. After completing his active duty, he moved to from Connecticut to Wisconsin.
He enjoys music, going to concerts, golfing, exercising, and is a self-proclaimed beer aficionado.
