Resource Development Services Community of Practice

The Resource Development Services (RDS) Community of Practice (CoP) is designed to facilitate information sharing within the Alliance for Children and Families membership.

CoP members are staff at Alliance member organizations whose professional responsibilities involve fund development.

The RDS CoP aims to enable group members to perform at consistently high levels. This is accomplished by providing targeted webinars and teleconferences, specialized workshops at the Alliance National Conference, an online discussion group for networking, and a library of resources maintained by the Alliance RDS program and Alliance Severson Center.

The RDS CoP is coordinated by an advisory committee comprised of individuals who are members of the CoP. This committee is chaired by Robert B. Jones, president and CEO of Alliance member Children’s Aid and Family Services in Paramus, N.J.
