Continuing Education Opportunities for Human Service Professionals
The Alliance for Children and Families provides several opportunities for human service professionals to earn continuing education credits, including:
- CE4Alliance. The Alliance’s social work journal, Families in Society, provides an online continuing education program with nearly 150 courses in 21 topic specific categories. The topics include child welfare, family preservation, casework practice, mental health, and spirituality. Fees are discounted for staff of Alliance member organizations.
- Annual Conferences. Continuing education credits are available to those who attend workshops at both the Alliance National Conference and Senior Leadership Conference.
- Webinars and Teleconferences. Many webinars presented by the Alliance’s Executive Consultant Select Group (ECSG) are opportunities to earn continuing education credits through Bellevue University.
- On the Road Workshops. Attendees of select one- and two-day ECSG On the Road Workshops are also able to earn continuing education credits.
