The Alliance for Children and Families provides members with access and influence in the nation’s capitol. This work is driven by a clear understanding of the interests of Alliance members and the challenges and opportunities facing the nonprofit human service sector.

The Alliance’s public policy efforts flow from two major goals:

• To positively influence policies that affect Alliance members and the people they serve
• To position Alliance members to take advantage of those policies as they are implemented
