2012 Executive Leadership Institute Curriculum
The 2012 Executive Leadership Institute workshops will address:
- The roles of executive leaders
- Selling staff on the ideas, beliefs, and results that are critical to organizational success
- Building a culture of innovation and creativity within the organization
- Maximizing energy around one’s personal and professional lives
- Reviewing the organization’s capital situation, its plan for the future, and the best path to achieve long-term goals
- Attracting, engaging, developing, and retaining extraordinary, diverse talent
- Understanding the role of strategy within the nonprofit human service sector
- Understanding the power of connecting intergenerational leadership

Capital Division
The Alliance Intellectual Capital Division is responsible for generating new initiatives, ideas, and solutions to move the nonprofit human service field forward. Currently within the division's purview are:
- Civic engagement program
- Evaluation and research services
- Executive Consultant Select Group
- Executive Leadership Institute
- Families in Society social work journal
- New Age of Aging initiative
- Strategy Counts! initiative
