ELI Ten Year History
The Executive Leadership Institute (ELI) was created in 2002 by the Alliance for Children and Families, with generous support from Alliance member Board of Child Care in Baltimore. Known as the Executive Management Institute until 2008, ELI is a nonprofit management certificate program for emerging and experienced leaders in the nonprofit human services industry.
