Alliance Executive Consultant Select Group

The Alliance for Children and Families’ Executive Consultant Select Group (ECSG) helps members find fully-vetted consultants when they require supplemental talents and resources.

Members enjoy distinct benefits from the ECSG program, including:

  • Convenience. The Alliance saves members a significant amount of time and resources by searching for consultants with commonly sought-after expertise and thoroughly investigating their background and relevant nonprofit experience.

  • Discounts. The Alliance negotiates agreements with each consultant to provide members with simplified access for a reduced fee.

  • Risk-Free Introductions. Consultants offer Alliance members free, 30-minute phone consultations.

  • Confidence. Identifying and contracting with a consultant can be a daunting task. Members benefit from the peace-of-mind that comes with knowing that Alliance-approved consultants represent the best and the brightest in their respective fields.

How the Process Works

When a member contacts the Alliance seeking a referral for a consultant, Alliance staff considers appropriate consultants and create a match.

The member and consultant then finalize details on their own.

Throughout the project, Alliance staff maintain contact with both parties to ensure the project is proceeding as desired.

Later, the Alliance follows up with both sides and conducts a thorough evaluation of the project, its success, degree of mutual satisfaction, and lessons learned.
