The Alliance Executive Leadership Conference, for nonprofit human service executive directors and CEOs only, is moving from June to May. This conference offers leadership development, networking, and support from executives across the country. Registration is limited to 50 participants.

This two-day training will provide attendees with the knowledge of military life they need to provide culturally competent services. It will concentrate on the normative reintegration challenges veterans’ experience when they return home from their military service.

The ADVANCE is designed as a national forum for mid-level managers and senior staff within the nonprofit human services sector. The ADVANCE will allow attendees to exchange ideas, promote positive race relations, develop cultural competencies and leaderships skills, and learn how to better serve their organizations' communities.
